Understanding the structure
This project management tool is built around 6 databases:
- Projects, Tasks, Clients, Milestones, Team Members, and Meeting Notes.
Each database is designed to solve daily challenges when handling one or multiple projects.
Getting Started: creating an project
- Go to Projects and create a project
- Clico on the button “New Project”.
- Add Start Date, End Date, and Owner.
- Now, you should be able to manage any task, milestone or meeting from that same project page (e.g. Project 1).
Creating Clients
In a company, projects may be internal or for clients. Therefore, if you want to create a client and link it to a project:
- Go to Clients
- Click on the button “New Client”.
- Add Industry, Size, Contact Person and Location.
- Link it to the project of your choice.
