Key Fields

Prospect Information

Email: The prospect’s email address.

Phone: The prospect’s phone number.

Lead Source: Tracks where the lead originated from (e.g., referral, website).

Additional Fields

Creation Date: Records when you first created this lead.

Last Contact Update: Helps you keep track of when you last reached out.

Update Contact (Button): A button to update the date and time of your last contact (with a “today” function).

Days Since Last Contact (Formula): Automatically calculates the number of days since you last contacted the lead.

Lead Pages

Each lead has its own detailed page, where you can store additional information and notes. You can even customise and update these pages as needed (New Customer! - TBD). Each page includes:

  1. Customer Information: Add any key details the prospect shares with you.
  2. Information Update Button: Use this button to add new comments with the current date, allowing you to track when each update was made.
  3. Selling Action Items: A set of pre-defined tasks that help standardise and streamline your sales process.

Lead Form

There is an option to create a form that you can share with people. The only thing you’ll need to do is clicking on “Share Form” (blue button), drop down the Who can fill out option and select “Anyone on the web with link” (public). Once you have that, feel absolutely free to share with your prospects and get people in your pipeline! 🚀
